Shipping Policy

We take around 1-2 working days to ship our domestic orders. For International orders it takes around 3-5 working days

Before you return our product, please take a moment to understand the following.

All our products are unique and slightly different from each other.

We stand by the quality of our products and we will replace the product with respect to the policy. Please read below our return & exchange policies carefully before you return any item.

Please note that Exchange or Refund will not be made against the non-returnable items.

For all orders within India, we offer free shipping for orders above Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only). For deliveries within India all the relevant taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website or may be specifically mentioned at the time of checkout.  We 

For international deliveries, we charge a standard amount for shipping which shall be mentioned at the time of check out. No Cash On Delivery is available on international orders. Please note that the International Orders are non-returnable and non-replaceable. Customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties, taxes and other relevant amounts depend on the policies of your destination country. All international VISA and MASTER credit cards along with PayPal can be used to make the payment for your international shipping orders. In case your transaction fails, please call us or write to us and we will try to help you.

We use the most reliable courier services such as __DTDC / FEDEX__ and other leading courier partners.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the orders might get delayed. However, if your order is delayed beyond 14 days of the estimated Delivery Time for some unforeseen reasons, we might get in touch with you via the details provided by you at the time of sign up/order to check if you would still like to continue with your order.

Defective/Wrong Supply of products

Before accepting the package the customer is advised to check the ordered products and quantity in the invoice which shall be given to him/her at the time of delivery. In case any discrepancy or damage to the packet is noticed, please leave an appropriate remark on the receipt and hand it over to the service provider/courier and kindly do not accept the product.

In case the product is having a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received by you, kindly contact/email at _customercare@kiziapparels.com_ within 48 hours of receiving the products post that complaints won’t be entertained. Your email should contain extensive details along with images of the defects/complaints of the product delivered to you.

It is important that you take a confirmation receipt from the courier person of the number of products being returned to us.

Your purchase is eligible for return or exchange only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you.
  • If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, which shall be the sole discretion of the Company to confirm the defect.
  • The product to be returned is unused, unworn, and the original tags and anything else (if sent in your order) are intact and are in a salable condition.
  • If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our customer care team within two days of delivery with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Delivery address
    • Specify the reason for return along with an image of the item that is to be sent on customercare@kiziapparels.com
  • Please initiate an exchange/ return by reaching out to us on our customer support via email/phone number and the pick up shall be arranged within 3-5 working days.
  • We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned.
  • Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit, if the item is lost/damaged then the customer shall be solely liable for the same.
  • Any returns/exchange must be initiated within 10 days from receipt of the product.

Our Quality Check team will verify the manufacturing defects. After that, our customer service team will email or contact you for the necessary details.
