Return/Exchange/Refunds

Kizi Apparels reserves the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year. Also please note the following:

  • Return/Exchange requests can be made within 10 days of product delivery via our customercare email/phone number given in the Contact Us page.
  • Customized orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
  • Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • On meeting quality checks, returned products can be exchanged for replacement in other sizes or you will be issued an E-credit note which is valid for 45 days starting from the date of issue.
  • In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 5-7 business days after we receive the earlier shipment or as per the availability of the product.
  • In the case of returns, it might normally take 10-15 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.
  • Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded in case of return.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • In case of minor design and color variations. With handloom & weaved products, there will always be some variation between products.
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • In case of Package refused by recipient in a pre-paid order, courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Cancellation of return request:

A request for return once made can be cancelled by contacting Customer Service via email/ number.

If you are unable to place a return request-

There are 3 reasons due to which return option is not available on website/app:

  • If your order is not marked delivered. The return request can be taken only after the order status is marked as 'Delivered' by our courier partner. In a few cases, it may take some time to mark the order as delivered, if problem persists then please contact us at customercare@kiziapparels.com
  • You can return your order within 10 (Ten) days of its delivery. The return option is withdrawn once the 10 days period has passed since delivery.
  • For reasons including hygiene, we do not accept the return or exchange of certain products which have been specifically mentioned either in this policy or at the display of the product.

Frivolous complaints:

In the event of frivolous or baseless complaints or requests regarding the quality or content of the products, Kizi Apparels reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against You and You will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Kizi Apparels in this regard. Court of Jurisdiction will be Jaipur.

Colors

We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Kizi Apparels as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. There may be a slight variation in color.

Wash Care Instruction

All of the Kizi Apparels garments are made in various fabric qualities which are all lab tested and certified. To avoid fading of color, the following method of washing is recommended-

  • Hand wash each of the garments separately in cold water.
  • Sort clothes color-wise and Avoid mixing the garments.
  • Do not use chlorine-based bleach
  • Do not soak the garment before washing.
  • Dry in shade.
  • Dry clean is ideal.

All laundry symbols have a specific meaning and certain products need special care, the same has been mentioned specifically on the display (with the display of the particular product) or as mentioned on the wash care label attached in the garment.

Refunds will only be done in the following cases:

  • Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments with tags. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Packages were lost in transit.
  • In case Kizi Apparels discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.
